Please read carefully: when submitting a candidate/sponsor form, please scan and email the SIGNED (three signatures required, and clergy needs to sign both sides) form to Cathy Romero. The email information is on the form. THEN, immediately mail the hard copy to the PO Box in Dublin, info also on the form. This will help Cathy in managing the process more easily. THANK YOU.
