Social Committees
Coordinates, plans and arranges a variety of social event for the
parish. One of the bigger annual events is the parish picnic. Volunteers are always
welcome. Contact Dan Gabe at 685-4563.
Provides a ministry of welcoming new and existing parishioners. Hosts Hospitality
Weekends with refreshments after every mass. Sponsers the quarterly new parishoner
potluck dinner. Also welcomes all new parishoners with St. Bonaventure Welcome
packets - Letter from Father Richard, parish ministry book, financial report,
and parish contact list.
The ministry is welcome to all who like to volunteer for parish events. We
meet on either the first or last Monday of the month (we keep meetings to one
hour or less!). Contact Bob Cartan at 672-4772.
This group is for our seniors in the parish. They get together once a
month (except for the summer months) for a luncheon, have an occasional speaker and make
frequent trips. Contact Dick and Ollie Vargas 672-1470.
