My name is Patti Collyer and I'm the Director of Family Life Ministry at St. Bonaventure. This is a new ministry within our parish and I'm excited by the opportunity to journey with you as we navigate the joys and challenges of family life.

MARRIAGE BUILDERS
Who are Marriage Builders?
Couples who are committed to strengthening their marriages and therefore enrich their family life
How does it work and When?
- We will gather for a potluck on Mar. 11th at 5:30pm in the Large Hall to get acquainted. (Free babysitting will be provided).
- Couples will then meet in very small groups (at a time and place that is mutually convenient) once every 6-8 weeks and explore Creating an Intimate Marriage by Jim Burns (nationally known expert)
Why get involved?
- You will strengthen & enrich your relationship by making it a priority.
- You will be challenged and encouraged to stay "connected" to one another in spite of life's many distractions and cultural "busyness."
- You will grow together and build strong communication skills.
- You will connect with other couples who have similar values and interests and make life long friends to share in your journey.
What do we do to become a part of Marriage Builders?
- Return the attached questionnaire to Patti Collyer (so we can match you with other couples of similar interests) by March 3rd.
- RSVP to Patti Collyer about the Potluck on 3/11 (so we can plan for babysitters). Please do so by March 3rd.

Calling all MOMS!!
We have two opportunities for you to meet and connect with other moms.
1. Join us on every 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 9:30am in the large hall for Ministry of Mother's Sharing (MOMS)
(Free babysitting is provided)
From February thru May we will be sharing on these topics such:
- Self esteem & Self acceptance
- Stress, Worries and Anxiety
- Everyday Spirituality
- Feelings and Personal Growth
- Personal Growth
- Values in Friendships
- Discernment
2. We meet every first Wednesday at 7:30pm in the rectory conference room. Topics are chosen a month at a time. March 7th we will be learning about the Chaplet of Divine Mercy

Parent's Hour of Power
One of the greatest gifts you can give your family is the gift of prayer!
Join other parents on the first Sunday evening of every month at 7:15pm in the chapel to spend an hour praying for your family and their needs. There is great power in praying together and we have had many amazing answers to prayer for as scripture states:
"Wherever two or more are gathered in my name, I am in their midst."
What is prayed here stays here so come share your burdens.
